Fleet Administrator

Your new companyA retail business operating from their Bolton office is actively searching for a specialist administrator within their customer service team. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding. Therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business. This position does have the potential to become a permanent placement, based on performance. This is a great opportunity to develop and gain new skills. The working structure of this role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Your new roleAs Fleet Administrator, your duties will include supporting the fleet team, taking incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, and liaising with different departments. Along with general administrative duties which may include, but not limited to, responding to emails, and organising a shared inbox and uploading invoices onto the database. Whilst ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery, processing orders and assisting with account payments.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you should be confident speaking with customers and should have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.Along with outstanding verbal and written communications skills, strong time management and should be well-organised.You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel and advanced PowerPoint.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary plus commission, OTE £27,000 and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period, along with 25 days' annual leave, plus bank. On a temporary placement, you will receive weekly pay via Hays and will have a dedicated Hays Recruitment consultant to help and support you without your enrolment. However, a suitable candidate will be considered permanent straight away.
This position does have the potential to become permanent. Therefore, permanent benefits include a monthly bonus, an enhanced pension scheme, life insurance, death in service scheme and private healthcare, including dental cover.
