Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for managing the day to day finance function of the business.
Job Description
Duties Will Include
Facilitate day to day finance function of the business
Credit Control
Manage purchase ledger and pay debtors
Produce monthly management accounts
Submission of applications for payment to clients
Contract Reconciliation
HMRC Statutory Returns, ie PAYE, CIS, VAT
Management reporting and job cost analysis
Prepare all financial information and liaise with accountant in relation to statutory annual accounts
Cashflow Management
Bank Reconciliations
Cover Payroll in the absence of the HR/Business Administrator
Person Specification
Motivated, strong and experienced finance professional
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Experience of working in the Construction Industry and operating CIS
Experience of Sage 50
Hours & Benefits
Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm
Friday 8am - 3.30pm
