About our client:
An independent co-educational day school for boys and girls aged 2 to 16 years based at the site since 1850.
The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 4pm
Total working hours: 37.5
Main purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support, including data-entry and financial administrative work for the Principal and Academic staff at the Senior and Upper Prep site.
What you will do in your working day:
Dealing with the invoicing of parents.Answering telephone enquiries from prospective parents, current parents, press, public and other educational establishments.Assistance to staff, including dealing with their requests for orders.Dealing with pupils on a day-to-day basis in the School Office.Dealing with queries from parents.Entering data onto Sage.Promoting the School through telephone enquiries and personal contact with parents and general public.Administration of manual ledgers.Additional duties as required by the Headteacher within the context of the post.

The training you will receive:
Level 3 Accounts qualification.All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
