Payroll Administrator

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - £23,000 – PERMANENT – MANCHESTER – HYBRID (3 DAYS WFH)
Are you looking for a role that offers you end to end exposure to payroll processing? We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join this very busy and successful team.
You will be busy with
Process 3 Monthly payrolls on to current payroll system (Iris Cascade).
Reporting and statutory filings (P14/P60, P11D, P45, New Starters, FPS, EPS).
Ensure all records are kept up to date and filing of all documents is done to agreed timescales.
Ensure all statutory reporting is completed to the highest standards within legislation deadlines.
Processing of payroll deductions (Childcare, Pension, Union, Court Orders, GAYE, Season ticket loans etc...)
Completion of pension schedule and subsequent loading of pension data onto pension administrator web site and ensure compliance with Auto enrolment legislation.
Processing of Monthly Statutory payments for example SSP, SMP, SPP along with others
Ad Hoc reporting to both internal and external clients.
As an experienced Payroll Administrator, you will also have
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with payroll systems
Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
Previous experience within the payroll environment
Working arrangement is hybrid - 2 days / week in the office in central Manchester 3 days work from home. Excellent benefits!
