Job Title:Payroll Administrator
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll for 120 contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Collating data and sending it over to central services for further processing.
- Liaising with clients, currently numbering 3-4, to address any payroll-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicating with blue-collar engineers to gather necessary payroll information.
- Managing a busy workload, which is expected to increase, with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Processing invoices of hundreds of thousands of pounds, requiring a high level of numerical proficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data accurately.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
