GBP15 per hour
37.50 hours per week office-based hours but flexibility is offered core hours 10am to 4pm.
Hybrid opportunity with the main office based in Manchester City Centre or Warrington. (Fully office based initially until comfortable with the role then 3 days in the office and 2 days at home).
Possible Occasional travel to Warrington office if you are based in Manchester Office.
Itrent payroll experience essential
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who is seeking a short-term contract within a global construction and engineering based organisation based in Manchester City Centre or Warrington.
We are looking for someone who can commit to the role for the 3 months as they need stability in this role. This role is unlikely to lead to a permanent position.
You will be working within a very busy payroll team of 5 who are processing payrolls for over 2700 employees therefore exposure to volume payroll would be advantageous. You must have experience within Itrent payroll systems to be considered for this role. The team are experienced, supportive, and hardworking, so you would have guidance as you settle in.
The role will involve:

• Accurate data input.
• Checking data.
• Changing details around salary, bonus, overtime, and allowances.
• Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Monitoring and maintaining the payroll email inbox.

This is a very fast paced role processing a large volume of work, so you need to have great attention to detail, excellent Excel and Word skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload.
