Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for an Agency Support Administrator to join our Agency Support Team at our Altrincham office. Hybrid working optionsareavailable subject to training and probation.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
The Role:
- Undertaking administration tasks for our Agency Support Team
- Maintaining and updating information within our internal databases
- Liaising with external and internal parties by phone and email to resolve queries
- To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times
The Person:
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude, being punctual and reliable
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to communicate information in a clear manner to clients, contractors and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience in an administration-based role
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
