We are proudly working with an international law firm who are embarking on their AI journey.
Our client was recently awarded Global Firm of the Year, have over 30 offices globally and have a particular focus into the technology, telco and media sectors. Their forward-thinking approach to how they work has seen them embark on an exciting journey involving AI.
As part of this new initiative, they are looking for an AI Specialist to join their development team and be the first member to fully own AI within the company. You will be tasked with defining their initiatives with Generative AI and legal technology by designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in legal technology.
You will play a key part in leveraging Generative AI to enhance our clients legal services both internally and for their customers by enhancing productivity and providing a competitive edge. In doing so the role will involve both researching and evaluating LLMs and Generative AI technology, as well as developing new solutions.
Working closely with Application Development, Data & Insights, Legal Technology, and Support teams you will integrate AI solutions globally. The role requires a flexible approach and someone who can bring a long-term vision, enabling our client to stay ahead in a dynamic legal tech landscape. Our client values creativity and the ability to foresee and adapt to future trends in AI and legal technology.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven commercial experience in designing and developing AI solutions using Generative AI models such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, Llama 2, Gemini, and others.
- Experience with Large Language Models and Embeddings Models ideally with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI platforms including Document Intelligence, Data Factory and Data Pipelines.
- Ability to develop solutions through Rest API Integrations, .NET Web Applications, Python Scripts and Streamlit Apps, or using Low-Code tools such as MS Power Platform.
- Experience in working with large data sets with an understanding of PowerBI and Data Gateways.
- Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to communicate and engage with senior management and external partners across international locations.
