Job Overview - Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team at FORTH®. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining, installing, and repairing Air Conditioning systems, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our maintenance contracts.

Car Allowance: Van provided.

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (includes travel time).

Overtime Available.

Key Responsibilities - Air Conditioning Engineer

• Follow FORTH® Engineering Standards at all times.
• Service, install (remedial), and repair Air Conditioning units and associated plant as per business requirements.
• Work to the highest Health & Safety standards.
• Update and maintain accurate asset lists to support smooth contract mobilisation.
• Produce detailed and accurate reports on client assets and the work completed.
• Positively communicate and engage with the office team and fellow Engineers.

Qualifications and Experience - Air Conditioning Engineer

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas (Category 1).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check and Enhanced Security Clearance.
• Experience in maintaining a range of AC units including splits, VRVs, VRFs, twin and multi-splits.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, office team, and colleagues.
• PASMA/IPAF Certification is desirable but not essential.
