Air Conditioning Service Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas, Occasionally London

Hunter Mason’s client has been trading for over 20 years, specialising in the delivery of building engineering and support services. Our client’s aim is to improve the safety and well-being of the customers they serve and ensure the efficiency and reliability of the buildings they maintain through exceptional service, knowledge and expertise. They have now identified the need for an Air Conditioning Service Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
- The role is for a Technical Air Conditioning Service Manager who is able to provide support to the engineers and clients, managing existing contracts, dealing with sub-contractors and supplies, small quotations etc.
- The successful candidate for this role with have a technical Air Conditioning background
- They need to already have experience in managing a team of Air Conditioning engineers and be very customer focused.
- This is an office-based position; however, site visits will be required
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems
- Based in a commutable distance to our head office in Hertfordshire.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Holding relevant Air Conditioning and contract management qualifications.
- Strong IT skills, excel proficient and ability to learn new systems.
- Must have experience managing Air Conditioning Service management contracts.
- Experience quoting, managing and running Air Conditioning installation projects.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Experience in dealing with small quotations, suppliers and sub-contractors.
