Responsibilities:Booking and Documentation:
- Arrange bookings for Air Export shipments.
- Prepare and review necessary export documentation, including air waybills
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required paperwork.
Customs Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest customs regulations and carrier requirements.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes.
- Address any customs-related issues promptly.
Cargo Tracking and Breakbulk:
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Handle breakbulk shipments efficiently.
- Collaborate with carriers, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Pricing and Cost Management:
- Assist in pricing calculations for Air Export services.
- Maintain cost control and profitability.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Team Collaboration:

- Experience:
- Essential: Significant experience in UK Air Export freight forwarding.
