Role: AML & Conflicts Analyst
Location: Manchester or Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000pa + benefits
Contract: Permanent
My client, an international law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced risk and compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in either their Manchester or Birmingham – working as their new AML & Conflicts Analyst.
This opportunity is a newly created role, working within their centralised Business Intake team.
As the successful AML & Conflicts Analyst, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Collecting and reviewing CDD for new clients
- Providing guidance to Fee-Earners in relation to transactional matters
- Carrying out client and matter risk assessments, using Intapp
- Conducting and analysing conflicts and using the conflicts database searches
- Conducting AML searches and dealing with AML queries
To qualify for this opportunity as the new AML & Conflicts Analyst, you’ll have/be the following:
- Have 2 years minimum experience within legal compliance, working at an international law firm
- Have previous experience with AML and legal conflicts
- Have experience using Intapp
- Be degree educated
- Be prepared to undertake training deemed necessary by the firm
- Have excellent organisational skills
