We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management - Operational Resilience.
In this role, you will:
• Work closely with SME across 1LOD and 2LOD to understand the current state, and identifying the cross-functional changes required to achieve the target state
• Leverage strong analytical skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to translate change requirements into applicable operational requirements.
• Support with reviewing and documenting Operational Resilience policy and procedures and use findings to facilitate workshops.
• Support other initiatives across the project such as testing and reporting.
• Take an active approach to assist on the production of training and awareness material for ERM activities.
• Have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders on Operational Resilience updates where required.
