To safeguard the company’s business objectives, ensure its delivery against strategic priorities, and protect the company against emerging uncertainties, a highly professional and industry-leading Enterprise Risk Management practice is required. As part of Risk & Assurance (R&A), the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function within PMI supports our leadership and the broader organization to make better informed risk-based decisions by orchestrating and delivering a consistent, structured, explicit, and harmonized understanding of PMI’s interconnected principal risks which impact our #SmokeFreeFuture strategic ambition. As a Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, you will have the primary objective to support the implementation and operation of the company’s ERM blueprint as required by the Senior Manager ERM Framework. More specifically, you will • Support the development, maintenance and optimization of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework including governance, policies and standards aligned with regulations and best practices; threat and risk libraries; risk scenarios; risk assessment methodology; tools; risk reporting and Key Risk Indicators • Support the application of robust Risk Management practices and empower the business to reliably meet its objectives • Analyze risk data across the enterprise (globally) to identify and drive (orchestrate and oversee) the mitigation of risks, which is owned by the “First Line” business functions, and suggest conclusions on the sufficient / adequacy of the enterprise response to risk • Develop communication material to explain ERM concepts and build related trainings to embed ERM in the organization and developing risk owners • Draft communication of results / proposed conclusions of such risk analysis for a complex group of partners across the ‘First’, ‘Second’ and ‘Third’ lines of defense with various level of seniority (including up to (S)VP level) • Seek and support the implementation of opportunities to increase the added business value perceived by senior partners from the overall ERM activities Who we're looking for • University degree (MSc preferred) level education (e.g. Economics, Business Strategy, Business Administration, etc.) • Ideally one (1) or more ‘post university’ professional certification / education - examples: eMBA, GSEC, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CRMA, CGEIT, CPA, PMP • 7+ years of proven experience in (Enterprise) Risk Management, Strategy, or any (relevant) combination of these. • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: 1. Strategy 2. Risk Management 3. Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC) 4. ‘Big Four’ and/or other Risk Management consulting 5. Strategy / Management consulting 6. Digitization, agile (SCRUM) transformation projects 7. Optional / preferred: multi-year international / global assignments 8. Optional / preferred: tobacco, cigarettes industry experience • Experience with GRC technology solutions a plus for data aggregation / analysis purposes. • Comfort in handling discussions with partners of various levels • Adaptability so as to easily flex between changing environments under strict time constrains • Ability to present with impact and clarity and business relevant “story telling” capabilities • Proficient written and verbal English business professional language skills What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
