Capgemini has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join the EMEA FCC Advisory Solutions team based in London. This is an entry-Level Position, and forms a vital part of a team that advises the world’s leading Financial Institutions, FinTech's on FCC laws, regulations and best practices. FCC expands beyond Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions & Embargoes and includes Anti-Fraud and Investigations, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as other criminal offenses affecting a financial organization. Analysts at Capgemini conduct analysis and research, assist with the drafting of complex reports and memoranda, review documents, deliver quantitative analysis, conduct interviews, help to develop proposals and recommendations for Advisory Solutions clients and contribute to thought leadership articles.
Ideal Analyst candidates can demonstrate an interest within the FCC space and awareness of emerging industry trends, strong attention to detail, are curious, flexible and adaptable, and also enjoy working in a team-based and client focused environment. Analysts will have the opportunity to work with different clients on a range of assignments.
As part of the interview process, candidates successful in the initial interview stage will be required to take a short written assessment to test report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Performs day-to-day activities in support of consulting projects, including interacting with client personnel, other team members, and professionals involved in the engagement.
· Organizes information to facilitate effective data access and analysis.
· Prepares high-quality written analyses and other reports for the team, as necessary.
· Ensures the accuracy of assertions and citations in written reports and that written work product meets professional standards.
· Prepares client presentations and quantitative exhibits on the project scope and findings.
· Performs Financial Crime related end-to-end assessment activities for financial institutions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
· Maintains detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.
· Performs technical, industry, and company research using online tools and publicly-available information, develops work plans and executes analyses to assess complex questions of fact, assists in preparing reports and schedules summarizing findings that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
· Performs FCC investigations into permissibility of certain activities in line with UK, EU and US regulatory requirements.
· Develops a professional understanding of business regulation – both consumer and market-facing – including Anti-Money Laundering/Financial Crime, sanctions compliance, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, governance and systems and control.
· Develops and maintains productive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Professional Experience Required
· Recent graduate or up to two years work experience.
· Bachelors degree required.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications.
· Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
· Ability to travel, if required.
· Additional language skills are a plus.
