SalaryWater Analyst
Our client seeking a Water Analyst with a strong background in chemical analysis or service engineering. If you are a team player with excellent analytical skills and can work around Exeter, you could be the perfect fit for our team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of sites, servicing, and maintaining equipment, and providing expert recommendations.
Day to Day of the role:
- Service and communicate treatment performance in line with customer needs and policies.
- Conduct Legionella sampling and identify opportunities for system upgrades.
- Define and deliver the service plan, troubleshoot problems, and assist with projects from surveying to completion.
- Engage in safe chemical delivery and storage procedures.
- Calibrate personal and onsite equipment, generating certificates as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance of technology and equipment.
- Operate dosing pumps and adjust dosing rates based on test results.
- Diagnose issues found onsite independently and take appropriate action.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in chemical analysis or service engineering with 2 years minimum experience in industry (lab or field analysis)
- Chemistry/Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent scientific qualification.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
