WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This exceptional opportunity is tailored for a seasoned and highly proficient individual with a talent for understanding human sentiment and a deep passion for unravelling the complexities of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
In this position, you will hold a pivotal role in spearheading the delivery for 2-3 of our primary clients. This entails orchestrating cross-market or cross-topic analyses conducted by multiple analysts throughout entire projects, ensuring unwavering consistency in rigor, methodology, and delivery excellence.
Additionally, you will take charge of refining methodologies and analyses, serving as the authoritative voice of data. Supported by fellow analysts and strategists, you will manage delivery expectations and engage in presenting findings to business partners and stakeholders.
The Associate Director will also oversee the People Management aspect of Consultants in Analytics, fostering their development and spearheading the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Analytics domain.
Training Oversight: Lead and advise on Analytics team training initiatives, ensuring comprehensive onboarding for new team members encompassing tools, methodologies, and narrative-building techniques.
Professional Development: Proactively seek growth opportunities, offer constructive feedback on projects, and foster knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
Business Acumen: Understand client-agency dynamics, identify growth opportunities and keep the client team informed about industry developments.
Industry Engagement: Stay updated on market research and marketing trends, and contribute insights to enhance practices.
Value Representation: Promote our values, drive internal initiatives, and actively engage in discussions to support business expansion.
ASSOCIATE ANALYTICS DIRECTOR - ESSTENTIAL SKILLS
- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience
- Previous experience with Social Listening
- Previous experience with Consumer Insights/Rituals
