My client is looking for an Analytics Manager to come on board for an inital 9 month contract.
you will be expected to come on site least 1-2 days a week in their Bath office
Key responsabillitis for this role:
Strategic Budget Management in Marketing:
- Track campaign performance with First Click/Last Click attribution for UK, US, and Canada.
- Provide quarterly acquisition forecasts.
- Recommend optimal budget allocation in collaboration with Lead Data Scientist, utilizing MMM model insights.
- Develop and implement data strategy to grow customer base and enhance retention.
- Drive consumption through segmentation strategies.
- Automate lifecycle campaigns in Emarsys.
- Progress direct marketing strategy into omni-channel approach.
- Ensure compliance and manage Emarsys relationship.
- Optimize direct marketing strategy for acquisition across segments and geographies.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and manage Experian relationship.
- Interpret trends and provide consumer insights.
- Conduct focused analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize product proposition and track target customer distribution.
- Analyze new datasets for insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Data & Analytics team for data-driven solutions.
- Partner with Lead Data Scientist to integrate machine learning and AI.
- Present strategic insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging customer data trends.
- Proactively seek best practices and new tools.
- Build deep understanding of products, systems, and data.
- Strong skills in SQL, R, and Python.
- Degree in data analytics/computer science/STEM.
- Good understanding of statistical and mathematical techniques.
- Keen interest in business and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent storytelling skills and confidence in engaging with senior managers.
