Here are Ferring St Veterinary Surgery, we are looking for an Animal Nursing Assistant to join our team. As an ANA, you'll play an integral part of our already amazing team, providing essential support to our Vet & Nursing Teams, whilst delivering the very best care to our patients. Whether it's comforting a dog before surgery, ensuring our feline friends feel safe and relaxed, cleaning out kennels, or helping with general tasks, your dedication and compassion will make such a difference to the lives of animals in our care.
Your average day at Ferring St Vets may include:
- Assisting Vets & Nurse during consults, treatments and surgeries
- Provide hands on care and support to animals during recovery
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in kennels and treatment areas
- Comfort animals during their stay, providing love and attention when they need it most
What are we looking for?
- A great attitude - this is a must!
- Animal Handling Experience
- Ideally a qualification in Animal Care
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- An animal lover!
