We are looking for Night Care Assistants to join our expanding team at Fernbank, our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.
Hours: 12 hours 8PM-8AM
We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

Package:
- £11.04 p/h weekdays £11.59 p/h Weekends rising to £11.48 and £12.05 after successful completion of probation
