Night Care Assistant
Marshfields is a short breaks children’s home for children with disabilities and complex health needs in King’s Lynn.
We are looking to recruit night waking staff to join our amazing team who have high aspirations for the children and are passionate and committed to ensuring children feel safe, have fun and reach their full potential. Ideally you will have experience and/or knowledge of working with children with a diverse range of individual needs including young people on the autistic continuum. However, training and support will be given to the right candidate.
The night waking role will include working evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Night waking staff are supported by a qualified member of staff who sleeps in. In addition to your salary, you will receive generous enhancements for weekend and bank holiday work.
