Antisocial Behavioural Officer

 My client, a southeast London local authority, seek an experienced ASB Officer to start an ongoing temp booking asap.

Main Purpose of the job:

To provide a dynamic, proactive and people-focused service for investigating, resolving and preventing instances of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across Lewisham

Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties:

1. Manage a workload of ASB cases, including:
   
   • Supporting complainants
   • Completing risk assessments
   • Investigating allegations thoroughly
   • Taking robust and appropriate action to resolve/conclude the issue

Basic DBS 
ASB experience within Housing required.
Agile working in the office on-site and occasionally from home. Office is based in London SE6

Full time 35 hours per week Mon to Fri

£20.59 PAYE / £26.44 LTD UMB per hour
