The Role
As a SAP Program Director , you will lead project managers and teams to plan, manage and deliver projects as per planned budget and schedule :

• Business and IT planning,
• ROI analysis ,
• Costing and budgeting ,
• Project scheduling ,
• Testing/QA/Rollout/Support ,
• Data migration including definition, cleansing and conversion,
• Own risk and issue management.
• Define/adopt processes and tools best suited to each project.
• Process consulting experience includes Business Transformation, Process Consulting, Solution Architecting, and Integration management.

Supervisory/managerial responsibilities:

• Experience in managing large offshore teams working effectively with onsite resources
• Lead teams across broad technical, financial, and business disciplines. Maintaining the teams' focus on the business objectives and tracking progress to ensuring timely completion of project milestones, on budget and with the desired results
• Build team and mentor.
• Cross-functional supervision.

Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge:

• Multiple industry experience with specific focus on industrial, aerospace, and automotive Industry sector .
• Experience in developing and managing client business strategies for multimillion-dollar projects and teams, aligning to the business goals with technology solutions.
• Experience in documenting and driving process improvements, by giving a competitive advantage to the bottom-line gains through thought leadership, management consulting, and business transformation through system / application rationalisation.
• Strong technical, business, and financial acumen to effectively communicate with client executives and their respective teams.
• Expertise and hands-on working experience in onsite/offshore delivery model.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C Level and Senior Leadership teams to provide status update and understand organisational goals and priorities.

Experience required:

• Proven extensive program / project management experience and background in the areas of planning, managing, and leading all phases of diverse SAP S/4 HANA in a multi technology and vendor environment.
• Specific experience in business transformation consulting, project delivery and integration management.
• Experience in using multiple program / project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum and waterfall.
• Previous work experience in the Big 4 transformation consulting firms. Program and Project Management of enterprise-wide systems consisting of Implementation / migrations / Integrations with responsibilities including.

Good to have

• Specific experience in business transformation consulting, project delivery and integration management.
