As a leader for Prime and Trade Platforms in the Data and Supply Chain Engineering organization, your primary focus will be to lead and deliver on a number of Projects. You will work closely with a team of brilliant, friendly and energetic project managers, architects, engineers and product managers who strive to deliver best of breed solutions to our customers. • Direct and lead various Prime and Trade platform projects which are migration to GCP, platform enhancement and evolution projects
• Lead program planning and delivery in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop Project plans and report on strategic program status to executive leadership through dashboards, slide decks and other artifacts as needed
• Work closely with engineering team leaders to track and report on issues within our Google cloud landscape.
• Conduct necessary planning sessions, status reviews, feedback sessions as needed for program success
• Developing and reviewing work effort estimates, project plans, budget estimates, and roadmaps

• You will have a minimum of 10+ years of extensive experience in IT project and program execution and delivery with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large software development projects
• You will have certifications in Project Management and demonstrate cross functional teams collaboration
• You will have experience in leveraging program planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
• Experience with SAFE and Agile program delivery and running the daily scrum as needed
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and a preparedness to take on what is necessary to get things done
