Description
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage vendor relationships and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Provide support for ad-hoc finance projects and tasks.
Profile
- Available immediately or within short notice
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
- Familiarity with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) processes is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
