Your new role
As an Application Analyst you will implement, operate, administer and secure the application and data services and solutions hosted in the data centres and the cloud. You will take a lead role in the response to complex escalated calls, following standard incident management and service request fulfilment lifecycles as well as contribute to projects and large-scale business-as-usual activities taking a senior role as directed.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• Manage on-site ICT infrastructure, data and applications.
• Significant experience supporting FE student-related application/systems (UNIT-e and Promonitor)
• Experience working with large database systems
• Knowledge of best practice change and release management processes
• Broad current knowledge of IT standards, applications and trends

What you\'ll get in return

• A salary package circa £37,000 to £43,000 per annum (DOE).
