Application Analyst

This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week travel to a new state of the art office space in the heart of Newcastle.

The Role

The Application Analyst position will see you provide support and expertise for our Microsoft Applications. You will ensure the organisations users receive an outstanding service by focusing on business needs whilst adhering to agreed SLAs.

The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:

• Demonstrable experience of supporting a Microsoft Applications including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and Power BI
• Strong understanding of ITSM best practices
• Excellent communications skills order to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical users
• Experience within a global organisation is advantageous but not essential
