Austin Fraser is working with a company in the recruitment education sector looking to onboard an Application Specialist to ensure that all business divisions / brands are fully up to date with systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of recruitment applications, strong technical knowledge of microsoft tools and good interpersonal skills. The role:
- Liaise between the business, internal IT teams, and 3 rd party vendors.
- Creation of technical requirements required to deliver software solutions.
- Understand business needs and translate those needs to the relevant parties to execute.
The candidate:
- Knowledge of the following recruitment applications
- Bullhorn for Salesforce
- TempAid
- Broadbean
- Access Pay & Bill
- Access CRM
- Understanding of payroll systems and processes
- Understanding of finance systems and processes
- Strong technical knowledge regarding Microsoft tools (Office and additional Azure components such as Power Automate)
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to analyse business requirements, and communicate output.
