What's The Role About?
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join the Business Applications team, who will take ownership of the system incidents, service requests, and problem tickets which have been escalated from our third-party IT Service Desk, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
You will support stakeholders across the business with applications best practices and will be tenaciously focused on continuous improvement - spotting trends in issues or incidents and supporting the service desk with their ability to provide first point resolution of previously escalated tickets.
You'll also assist with testing system upgrades, releases, and enhancements for production acceptance, identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to their implementation.
So, if you are passionate about providing exceptional support with software applications, and problem-solving solutions, this could be the role for you!

Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
A confident communicator, able to effectively talk about a problem at a technical or non-technical level to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
