Our client, located in Wetherby, is in search of an Application Support Developer to join their team. This team is tasked with ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancements of key business systems. In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of professionals within the Technology department, including developers, testers, architects, business analysts, security personnel, and project managers.

To Be Considered:
- Monitor, analyse, and resolve issues in production applications, taking preventive action to minimise recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to defined Technology department standards and policies for supported systems and services.
- Demonstrable experience supporting, configuring and monitoring third-party/packaged or bespoke applications
- Windows environment (eg Office365/AD)
- Knowledge of SQL Querying
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM or MSMQ would be a benefit but not necessary
- Handle service desk requests and larger-scale work requests, providing advice as needed.
- Contribute to operational acceptance testing activities, including planning and execution.
