In this role you will:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
- Accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
- Be investigating and providing solutions to application incidents raised in Service Desk for various in-scope applications Supporting issue resolution through investigation, documenting analysis and working with various development and support teams
- Be doing the implementation of workarounds and data clean-ups using SQL or appropriate scripting language
The role is a 12 month contract position and will require full working rights in Ireland throughout this period. EU citizens or Stamp 4 will be preferred, however Stamp 1G will be considered if it fits with the timelines of the role.
