Application Support Analyst:
A leading bank is looking to add an Application Support Analyst to their current team, you will be working with the Service Delivery Manager. This is a permanent role based in London, hybrid working. The purpose of this role is to provide Application Support to the business on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst.
- Experience of Microsoft packages.
- Experience assisting users with test areas and writing testing scripts.
- Experience with user acceptance testing.
- Previous experience working within financial services or equivalent.
What will make you stand out:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Alpha or Engage or APAK or Connect.
