Purpose of the Role:
Joining the Enterprise Application Support team providing service, support and maintenance for a broad range of internally developed and third-party systems underpinning various Insurance Broker processes.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Join an experienced team providing assistance to users of the company applications and processes.
Working with ITIL based service helpdesk, to follow instructions ensuring compliance to relevant policies, showing empathy and calm, resolving technical issues promptly.
Assisting 1st line support with incidents and escalating within the team and level 3 support providers as required.
There will be general administration, record keeping, user auditing and data validation and analysis.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
Assist and support business initiatives and project work.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a support Analyst
A good understanding of SQL, Excel, Networking, Java, and web apps etc that will help with troubleshooting.
Experience working in the Insurance Sector, preferably with London Market Broking exposure beneficial.
