In this role you will be:
- Solving user problems and Customer questions around software products
- Providing advice and training to end users on how to maximise their use of the IT software
- Software configuration for customers
- Identifying and gathering ideas from customers about ways to make the company's software products better.

Skills Needed:
- Achieved a 2:1 or above at bachelor’s-level in an analytical subject
- Excellent A-level or equivalent
