About the role:
Our Applications Management team are fundamental to our success. In this key role, you will play a vital part in our new ambitious programme to transform student experience by providing essential support to our core Research & Academic Systems.
We are looking for a talented Applications Analyst with a flexible approach, strong technical knowledge and experience of working with large systems. Experience of Higher Education Academic Systems such as Learning Management Systems, Library Systems, Multi-Media, or Systems integrations would be desirable.
You’ll have a degree and appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, or be part-qualified in a relevant professional qualification appropriate to the specific role being appointed to, and appropriate level of experience and CPD. You’ll have sound knowledge of working with large Academic Systems, and you’ll also have demonstrable experience of providing high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be able to work both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. With a high degree of accuracy, you’ll be committed to maintaining and enhancing excellent standards of customer service.
