A developing and prosperous EPCM company based in the Leeds area are looking for an Applications Engineer due to company growth and enhancement.
The company specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of manufacturing plants and equipment within the chemical, water and gas sectors.
They are looking for an Applications Engineer which specialises in Water Treatment Equipment.

Salary and Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000

A successful Applications Engineer will acquire the following essential skills and experience:

• Experienced Applications Engineer


• Experience of Water Treatment Equipment


• Ability to produce detailed costing to meet clients requirements / Scope of works


• Ability to read PNIDs, 2d &3D drawings and models


• Produce material take off's


• Able to Interact with internal departments - Design/ Quality/ Fabrication/ Procurement


• An excellent eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently


• Create and maintain all associated administration requirements - Quote files/ correspondence


• Experience of working on projects for the water industry an advantage


• Chemical industry background is an advantage

Day to Day Role Responsibilities of Applications Engineer

• Office based role, but will require visiting a variety of sites to conduct site surveys.


• Working as part of an experienced sales and proposals / Applications Engineering team.
