Your new role

• Providing 1st - 3rd line functional systems support for Enterprise Applications, answering queries from users
• Triaging and innovating new ways to enhance system capabilities
• Leading deployment projects to successfully roll out new core products and features. Take full ownership and accountability for delivering assigned implementation work-streams from end-to-end.
• Document and perform testing to validate system changes
• Eliminate root causes through diligent problem management
• Liaising with internal teams as well as clients and vendors, ensuring they are up-to-date on the progress of issues and resolutions

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Knowledge of business processes across operations, manufacturing, and systems
• Experience managing operational or manufacturing changes
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms and integration points
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyse data and identify insights
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
• Strong skills in data management
• ITIL would be beneficial
• Prince2 & Agile training would be beneficial.
