Reporting to the IT Applications Support Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the technical and application support of a broad portfolio of Line of Business (LOB) and corporate applications and associated ICT Operations procedures and processes. Duties will include:
- Support and maintain Corporate and Line of Business (LOB) application infrastructure through incident resolution, service requests, and scheduled IT Operations tasks.
- Liaise with system suppliers, IT Assist, and other partners for Application Support & Operations services.
- Provide Application Support & Operations services to key stakeholders and customers.
- Assist in the provision of helpdesk and customer support services.
- Participate in projects, including application configuration, testing, training, and related activities.
- Contribute to the acceptance and support of new systems, system upgrades, and new operations functions.
- Establish and maintain procedures, standards, and policies for IT Support and Operations services.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for IT Support & Operations policy and procedures.
- Identify opportunities and efficiencies from new IT developments within a strategic framework.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications for IT Support & Operations service development.

Candidates should possess either.
- HNC / NVQ Level 4 or other equivalent level qualification (Level 4*).It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency. *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies.
- Can demonstrate at least 2-year relevant experience (through workplace or education) within a Digital, Customer Support or IT environment within last 5 years.
- Ability to manage own time and work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
