We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. Initially working 2 mornings a week (9am-1pm) with the potential of more hours for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales.
Duties:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting goals
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems
- Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
