We have six fixed term apprentice contracts for 15 months.
Based in:
- 2 x Newland Campus, Lincoln
- Newland Campus and Sleaford Offices (postholder will be required to travel between both locations)
- Marshall Yard, Gainsborough
- Municipal Buildings, Boston
- Nettleham Head-Quarters, Lincoln

As an apprentice joining our Business Support team you’ll receive a warm welcome, a chance to develop existing skills - and learn new ones - plus lots of scope for future career progression. You could work for any one of our varied departments across the organisation, including Children's Services, Highways or Fire and Rescue. You'll also have the opportunity to spend time with other apprentices, shadow and complete off the job training across different teams during your working day.

A Smarter Working Employer
We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.
Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
