Our ideal apprentice will have:
- A full UK driving license (desirable).
- An interest in construction and engineering.
- Confidence when multi-tasking across multiple projects and working to tight deadlines.
- Motivation to progress onto further qualifications to continuously professionally develop.
- At least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English 9-4/A*-C or equivalent.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Coordination and great problem-solving skills.
- Good self-motivation.
- A good eye for detail.
- The Ability to work well in a team.
- Great written, verbal communication and client facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
