About the opportunity
As an Apprentice Business Development Manager at Fleetmaxx Solutions, you’ll undergo comprehensive training in planning, executing, and managing sales activities based in our Berwick office. Throughout the 18-month program, you’ll work closely with our experienced sales managers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while working towards a Level 4 qualification.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities will include presenting and selling Fleetmaxx products to both new and existing customers, maintaining a CRM system, preparing presentations and proposals, monitoring sales activities, and creating selling opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn. You’ll also develop a deep understanding of our products and services, building positive relationships with clients while working within sales budgets and targets.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship and probationary period, you’ll be promoted to a full-fledged Business Development Manager role. From there, a world of opportunities awaits, including advancement into management or other departments within the company, such as Customer Services, Marketing, Credit, and Finance.
Requirements and prospects
To thrive in this role, you’ll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. A minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) is essential.
