If this sounds like you then you should know we have a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to learn and grow as an Apprentice Category Assistant within our Commercial team at Toolstation
Reporting into a Category Manager, you will support the delivery of the category and customer proposition, fully supported by your line manager. Centred around our customer strategy, you will help to find and work with the best suppliers and build and maintain fantastic relationships with our stores, providing them with the service that they need to win.

What you'll bring
You may currently already work within a retail environment or in a business administration role and be looking for the opportunity to step into a new challenge and develop your skills. We’ll need you to demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills along with having a strong commercial mind and an instinct for a deal. You’ll be working closely with our suppliers, stores and sales teams, so we’ll need you to utilise your great communication skills and ability to get the best job done. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone to show passion and ambition to ensure we are supporting our branches to brilliantly service our customers.
