As an Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor, your focus is to create positively memorable dining experiences for guests.You will support the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department through positive supervision of the team.By completing a Level 3 Hospitality Supervision Apprenticeship, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career.

Responsibilities
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to drive continuous improvements to team member performance.• Support staff training on quality and service standards and lead them in providing a consistently outstanding dining experience.• Ensure all team members comply with legislative and safety regulations.• Promote a culture that anticipates customer needs and enhances customer satisfaction.• Support the achievement of quality and guest satisfaction goals.• Respond positively to all guest questions, complaints, and requests.• Keep knowledge up to date and make recommendations to guests.• Assist the Food and Beverage manager with inspiring and leading the team.• Demonstrate an understanding of budget monitoring and expense and labor cost control.
Requirements
• Demonstrable success in a Food and Beverage position, with experience supervising team members.• Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence others to work to defined procedures and standards.• Results-focused with an overwhelming desire to succeed.• Passion for the Food and Beverage industry and keeping up-to-date with trends.
