Gasway are East Anglia’s premier heating experts’ delivering both reactive and planned solutions to our wide base of customers. We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Contract Administrator, providing outstanding Customer Service to internal stakeholder, clients and customers.
We have exciting opportunities available for 6 Gas Apprentices to join our team. In this position, you will complete the required academic and workplace training to achieve the Level 3 Gas Engineering Operative Apprenticeship.
Your daily responsibilities will be to gain hands-on experience by working closely with qualified mentors of the team and Technical Trainers to assist in the duties associated with Gas engineering. You will carry out a wide range of tasks including the identification of appropriate hazards, defects and requirements for adjustment or repairs or new installations ensuring all methods of works comply with the company policy and procedures, legislation, and codes of practice. You will also be involved in the production of related compliance documentation.
You will also have training on how to ensure all tools and works are completed in a safe and compliant manner. Most importantly you will be working collaboratively with colleagues to support a first class service to our customers.
To apply you must hold a Grade 4 / C or above in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
You must also have Effective communication and interpersonal skills, have attention to detail and can record information accurately and follow detailed instructions. You must be able to manage your time well and have a willingness to learn, listen and ask question where needed.
