We are looking for two apprentices to join our nursery team. We are looking for candidates who are eager to join the childcare sector, who are looking to learn about child development and private day nurseries.
Vacancy Description
Each day at nursery is different, can be difficult at times but so rewarding and you’ll have a team to share and enjoy this with. We aim to have fun while we work. We have lots of fun activities planned for the children which we get involved in also such as world book day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
Our candidates need to be caring, enthusiastic and hard working, eager to learn and train.
The candidates would mainly report to their room supervisor but managers would also be there.
The candidates would be expected to interact with the children and staff members, help set up activities, log meal times on the app, once trained to help with the children’s care needs to.
We would induct and train our candidates, we would set them up with a buddy in. their allocated room to help them.
Qualification
Full level 3 Early years Educator apprenticeship standard
Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
Course Duration
18 Months
Working Week
8am – 6pm very day with a shift pattern
40 hours
Salary
£15,360.00 per year
