We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and hard working individual who is looking to start an Apprenticeship in Early Years.
The position is 40 - 42.5 hours a week working with children aged 0-5 years providing excellent care and education. You will learn ‘on the job’ with a thorough induction and regular visits from the training provider. You will be required to complete some/most of the written assignments in your own time but will be given additional training experiences and some study time within your working week.
The right candidate for this role will be dedicated, loyal and reliable with the drive and passion to do their best for the children. You will be working alongside excellent Educators and Role models as part of a team but initiative will be required.

You will obtain level 2 and / or level 3 qualifications throughout your apprenticeship and our contracts are permanent, meaning a qualified Educator role is yours at the end of the apprenticeship! In order to obtain a full and relevant level 3 qualification you must have a GCSE C grade or above by the end of your course, so you must either already hold these GCSE grades or possess the ability to pass these. It is highly desirable that you already have a C grade or above.
Dbs, identify and reference checks are essential for this role.
