We have a rare opportunity to join us as a Apprentice Parts Advisor at our Ayr depots. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience within this type of role, we will support you to develop your skills within your new role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn whilst you earn! The apprenticeship programme gives you the opportunity to become the best skilled Parts Advisor enabling you to have fantastic career options and prospects.
What you'll do:
  • Forecasting customer demand
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of Vehicle parts
  • Receiving and storing of vehicle Parts
  • Lead the creation/development of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete supply chain documentation for audit requirements
  • Resolving problems including customer service issues
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks to the business
