For the successful Apprentice Resourcer we are offering:
- GBP10,771 - GBP14,851 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm (a degree of flexibility will be required)
- Permanent position
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
- Every 2nd Friday off
- Take your birthday off on us!
- 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service
- Training courses and personal development through inhouse training team
The Role Apprentice Resourcer
- Working closely with the Client Services team
- Spending large portions of the day on the phone, making outbound and taking inbound calls
- Providing an excellent level of customer service, building relationships with candidates
- Screening candidates
- Creating accurate and detailed CV's
- Daily use of social media to promote vacancies
- Working to targets
What we are looking for in a Apprentice Resourcer
- Strong communication skills
- GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to work to targets
