We are looking for a Financial Services Apprentice who has a positive and proactive approach and is excited by a challenge.

Job Role: Apprentice

Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday-Friday

Location: Formby, Liverpool

Salary: GBP17,270

As a Taxi Renewals Apprentice you will be responsible for:

• Building rapport and delivering a friendly service to customers
• Supporting clients using effective communication techniques including asking questions and listening to client responses
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer enquiries quickly and provide the right solutions, first time
• Maintaining knowledge and expertise in the Taxi product and the Financial Services procedures
• Ensuring compliance is complete to standards when dealing with FCA regulated activities such as when amending financial agreements and customer documentation
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Using understanding of the role to perform duties to a high standard while keeping motivated, enthusiastic amongst yourself and your team

Acorn Insurance Apprenticeship Programme

The Acorn Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you will need to accelerate your career progression, whilst you earn a competitive salary and gain practical experience.

During the apprenticeship, you will:

• Work with a Training and Development Coach to develop a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
• Attend monthly, online Masterclasses on topics such problem solving, customer service and delivering results.
• Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a customer services adviser within the financial sector.
• Get six-hours of study time, per week.
• Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
• The opportunity to increase your salary to between GBP25,225 - GBP27,876 OTE once you have completed your apprenticeship.
